So far its been quite a journey learning about telemetry and GPS files for various radios. Converted telemetry has helped improve flying skills, simply by observing flight patterns and climb and sink rates while thermalling, and finding the best spots on the flying field for thermals. Now previous data can be used to review at a later point to determine what differences in flying style there may have been. Its such a breeze to just lookup previous flights and see exactly how skill sets have improved, or not.
There is now a KML converter for Futaba radios, and many online converters are available, but there is a requirement to edit the data from the CSV file to get a format that works. If your not familiar with spreadsheets and want to just upload a file with one mouse click, then this is now possible.
Experienced CSV users can also benefit from using a far more simple method for conversion, variables that need to be edited are no longer required to be edited in the spreadsheet.
